NAC Ready is an independent online study tool that simulates standardized-patient encounters and provides AI-generated practice feedback for the Canadian NAC OSCE. NAC Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) or any licensing body. "NAC OSCE" is referenced only to describe the exam our tool helps you practice for.
All content, AI patient responses, scores and feedback are for practice and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, not an official exam score, and are not a guarantee of exam results. You are responsible for your own clinical judgment and study decisions.
NAC Ready uses simulated cases. Do not enter real patient identifiers or real patient health information into the Service.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One account per person. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share credentials, or attempt to create multiple free accounts.
Full access to NAC Ready costs CAD $80 per month, or CAD $180 every 3 months, billed automatically on that cycle through Stripe until you cancel. Stripe processes the payment and displays any applicable taxes at checkout according to the account's payment and tax configuration. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. A limited free tier may be offered and can change at any time.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. If NAC Ready is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have used no more than a small portion of the Service.
To keep this fair and predictable, “a small portion of the Service” means all of the following, counted from the moment of purchase:
If you have used more than that, the purchase is no longer refundable, but you can still cancel at any time to avoid being billed again. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are processed by our payment provider, which may take a few business days to appear on your statement. To request one, use our contact form.
Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the content; do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data; do not use the service unlawfully.
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We may update features, content, pricing (for new terms), or these Terms; material changes will be posted here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAC Ready is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for exam outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
